HARIT CLEAN SMS Terms of Service

These terms describe optional text messaging from Harit LLC, doing business as HARIT CLEAN, about cleaning services and recruiting applications.

Optional enrollment and message types

If you separately opt in to HARIT CLEAN recruiting SMS, you may receive messages concerning your cleaning-work application, screening calls, interviews, and scheduling. If you separately opt in to customer-service SMS, you may receive appointment confirmations, reminders, arrival notifications, and service updates. Consent to text messaging is not required to submit a job application, be considered for employment, or purchase services. Merely providing a telephone number does not constitute SMS consent.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your application or service activity. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. HARIT CLEAN does not charge an additional subscription fee to receive these messages.

Opt out and assistance

Reply STOP to stop text messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or email info@haritclean.com. We honor clear opt-out requests, including those communicated through other supported contact channels. After opting out, you may receive a single confirmation where supported, but no further recruiting messages unless you opt in again.

Delivery and availability

Delivery is subject to mobile carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not send sensitive information by text.

Privacy

For details about how we handle phone numbers, application data, SMS consent and messaging records, see our Privacy Policy. SMS consent and mobile information are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
