When you apply for cleaning work with HARIT CLEAN, we may receive information you provide through our application forms or recruiting services, such as your name, contact information, work experience, availability, responses, and application status. We use this information to evaluate applications, arrange screening calls and interviews, communicate hiring updates, and maintain recruiting records.
Recruiting text messages are optional. Where we offer an SMS enrollment option, we ask for separate affirmative consent before sending automated recruiting texts. Submitting an application or providing a phone number alone does not authorize SMS. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance, or email info@haritclean.com. You can apply without agreeing to texts.
Where applicable, recruiting and messaging records may include your application source, consent selection and disclosure version, timestamp, phone number, messages, delivery status, and opt-out requests. We use service providers to support recruiting and communications, subject to appropriate protections. We do not sell SMS opt-in data or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing. We retain information only as reasonably needed for recruiting, recordkeeping, security, and applicable legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it according to our retention practices.
